Pantry

A shelf worthcoming home to

We set aside the best of every harvest to make a short line of things that are ready to enjoy. The pantry is where our handmade work lives: honest ingredients, patient methods, and jars you will want to finish.

How we filla shelf

  1. 01

    Start with the ingredient

We buy what is ripe and good this week and build the batch around it, never the other way round.

  2. 02

    Keep the batch small

One pan, one frame, one bowl at a time, so every jar gets the same attention as the first.

  3. 03

    Leave the rest out

If it does not improve the flavour or the texture, it does not go in. The ingredient lists stay short.
